How
can I gain get access to the book?
We have three different
formats of the book available. These are the Printed verison, E-Book
version (PDF) and an Audio version. Details can be found
on our order options page.
How
can I pay?
You can pay
by
debit/credit card or via Paypal (using a secure server).
For
orders by post you will be taken to an order form
for you to complete and print with your details.
Why have an
online version of the book?
By making an E-Book
version (PDF) you are able to click on links within the
different areas of the book and go directly to relevant web sites.
Do
I need any special equipment to view the book online?
The book is produced as a PDF document so you will need Adobe Reader to
view it.

Do I always have to be connected to the
Internet to read the PDF version?
No. Once you have downloaded the book you can view the
guide offline. However, for the the interactive links in the E-Book to
work you will need to be connected to the Internet.
I
am using a computer at work and cannot make a payment online because of
a company firewall? How else can I pay?
We
also offer a postal payment option for
people who cannot pay online.
Can I
purchase the guide as a gift for someone else?
Yes, this is an option.

I
have a work email address which I don't want to use when making my
online payment. Is there another way of gaining access to the guide?
You
could use a free web-based email account instead. For example, try the
free email service offered by Yahoo.com
or GoogleMail.com .
Alternatively you could use our postal
payment option.
Do
you offer multiple copies of the guide? For example, I work in HR and my
company is making a number of employees redundant.
